Chest: Cat Lover's Vest
Hands: Runecloth Gloves
Waist: Runecloth Belt
Legs: Astralaan Pants
Feet: Imbued Netherweave Boots

The same shoulders Gallywix wears in game are not available in the right colour, so the Elder Wizard's Mantle is a good alternative. The pants aren't quite right because of the black band around the knees, but they are the only pants I could find that were white enough. It's not perfect, but I think I got pretty damn close!
